I drew the attention of Vulkan Vegas Casino to my gambling addiction on February 23rd, 2023.

Nevertheless, I was able to gamble away another 1000 euros in the casino on February 27th, 2023.

The processing of the email took far too long and, in my opinion, was pushed to the back on purpose.

ich habe das Vulkan Vegas Casino am 23.02.2023 auf meine Spielsucht aufmerksam gemacht.

Dennoch konnte ich am 27.02.2023 nochmals 1000 Euro in dem Casino verspielen.

Die Bearbeitung der Email dauerte viel zu lange und wurde meines erachtens mit Absicht nach Hinten geschoben.

I'm verified, but I can't tell you the exact date anymore.

In my opinion, the statement whether you have the addiction under control or not is irrelevant. A player who is addicted and still plays does not have it under control. Especially not in total. The casino should also be aware of this if they really want to protect the player.

The casino no longer responds to emails from me, I last tried on 03/23/2023.

Meines Erachtens ist die Aussage ob man die Sucht im Griff hat oder nicht, nicht relevant. Ein Spieler der Süchtig ist und trotzdem spielt hat es nicht unter Kontrolle. Vorallem nicht in den Summen. Das sollte dem Casino, wenn er den Spieler wirklich schützen möchte auch bekannt/bwusst sein.

Das Casino antwortet auf Emails von mir nicht mehr, zuletzt hatte ich es am 23.03.2023 versucht.

In addition, on February 2nd, 2023 I asked for my limits to be deleted. The support then asked if I was suffering from gambling addiction, which I didn't answer. In my opinion, a spree should have started there before support received an answer from me.

Zusätzlich habe ich am 02.02.2023 um die Löschung meiner Limits gebeten. Der Support fragte daraufhin ob ich an Spielsucht leide, welches ich nicht beantwortet habe. Meiner Meinung hätte dort schon eine Spreere einsetzten müssen bis der Support eine Antwort von mir erhielt.

We'd like to confirm that our managers blocked the account immediately (on 27.02.2023 17:03:08 (UTC)) as soon as they heard about the gambling issues. The player started the conversation with the request of bonus, when the last one was not granted he mentioned the gambling addiction, so the red flag was triggered and the responsible gambling duties were in action.

It was only because of my illness that I paid you such high amounts during the period in question. I know again a judgment of LG Gießen, judgment 01/21/2021 - 4 O 84/20 and a judgment of the district court Regensburg of 05/31/2021 (Az.: 71 O 3074/20)

It is therefore impossible for me to legally register on your website and make such high contributions. This is reinforced by my gambling addiction. This obliges you to pay back my full losses. Quote from the LG Traunstein on October 8th, 2020: The plaintiff can also base his claim on § 812 paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB, since his payments to the defendant were made without legal reason. The contract for gambling on the defendant's Internet domain is void under Section 134 of the German Civil Code, since the organization of public gambling on the Internet is prohibited under Section 4 (4) of the 1st State Treaty on Gambling Amendments. I have no doubt that my demand for reimbursement from you was successful in a German court.

If I do not receive a response from you by March 6th, 2023, I will hire a specialist lawyer to file the lawsuit. This step is then essential. The fact that this lawsuit is successful has already been confirmed without a doubt by several legal entities.

Dementsprechend handelt sich um Entgelte für öffentliche Glücksspiele im Internet.

Mitlerweile habe ich meine Spielsucht unter kontolle und weiß damit umzugehen. 

Gemäß § 4 Abs. 4 GlüStV ist das Veranstalten und Vermitteln von Online-Glücksspielen verboten. „(4) Das Veranstalten und das Vermitteln öffentlicher Glücksspiele im Internetist verboten." (§ 4 Abs. 4 GlüStV) Dieses Verbot ist auch mit Verfassungs- und Unionsrecht vereinbar. Bereits im Jahre 2009 hat der EuGH bestätigt, dass das Online-Glücksspiel-Verbot mit der europarechtlich geschützten Dienstleistungsfreiheit gemäß Art. 49 EG vereinbart ist. In diesem Urteil stellt der EuGH zunächst fest, dass das Online-Glücksspiel-Verbot die Dienstleistungsfreiheit naturgemäß beschränkt. Diese Beschränkung kann allerdings aus zwingenden Gründendes Allgemeininteresses gerechtfertigt sein. Solche zwingenden Gründe des Allgemeinintereses sieht der EuGH in der Bekämpfung der Kriminalität. (EuGH, Urteil vom 08.09.2009 –C 42/07-)

Nur durch meine Krankheit habe ich in dem besagten Zeitraum solch hohen Beträge bei Ihnen bezahlt. Ich weiße dabei nochmal auf ein Urteil von LG Gießen, Urteil 21.01.2021 - 4 O 84/20 und auf ein Urteil am Landgericht Regensburg vom 31.05.2021 (Az.: 71 O 3074/20)

Es ist damit ausgeschlossen, dass ich rechtmäßig auf Ihrer Internetseite mich anmelden konnte und solch hohen Beiträge setzen konnte. Verstärkt wird dies noch durch meine Spielsucht. Dadurch sind Sie zur Rückzahlung meiner vollständigen Verluste verpflichtet. Zitat vom LG Traunstein am 08.10.2020: Der Kläger kann seinen Anspruch daneben auch auf § 812 Absatz 1 Satz 1 BGB stützen, da seine Zahlungen an die Beklagte rechtsgrundlos erfolgten. Der Vertrag über die Ausübung des Glücksspiels auf der Internetdomain der Beklagten ist nach § 134 BGB nichtig, da die Veranstaltung eines öffentlichen Glücksspiels im Internet nach § 4 Abs. 4 des 1. Glücksspieländerungsstaatsvertrages verboten ist. Ob dieses Glücksspiel am Sitz der Beklagten erlaubt ist, ist unerheblich, da deutsches Recht anwendbar ist. Da es sich um ein verbotenes Glücksspiel handelt, ist § 762 Absatz 1 Satz 1 BGB, nach dem grundsätzlich das aufgrund eines Spiels Geleistete nicht zurückgefordert werden kann, nicht anwendbar (vgl. Palandt/Sprau, BGB, 79. Aufl. 2020, § 763 Rand 3).

auch ist diie Rechtssprechung in Deutschland wie Sie mit sicherheit wissen immer Eindeutiger und lässt keine Zweifel an meinen Stichpunkten zu.

Dass meine Rückforderung von Ihnen vor einem Deutschen Gericht bestand hat, daran habe ich keinen Zweifel.

Erschwerend für Sie kommt meine Spielsucht und Ihr mangelhafter Spielerschutz.

Falls ich von Ihrer Seite bis zum 06.03.2023 keine Reaktion erhalte werde ich einen Fachanwalt mit der Klage beauftragen. Dieser Schritt ist dann unumgänglich. Dass diese Klage Erfolg hat wurde schon von mehreren juristischen Personen zweifelsfrei bestätigt.

Eine Kopie einer Bescheinugugn meiner Sucht und dessen Beratung kann ich bei Bedarf beifügen.

Also the e-mail contains only laws and paragraphs which is not a request. You have to make a simple request for self-exclusion mentioned that you "currently" have gambling addiction and not endless texts with text which is not related to the casino at all.
