Podal jsem žádost o výběr dne 05.03., kde mi bylo sděleno, že výběr byl úspěšně proveden. Kontaktoval jsem je, když částka nebyla vložena na můj účet, a pracovník podpory mi řekl, abych se spojil se svou bankou. Požádal jsem ji o doklad o převodu a ona řekla, že k němu nemá přístup, ale řekla mi, ať počkám 2 hodiny.
Znovu jsem se natáhl, kde mi jiný zástupce řekl, abych se jim vrátil po 24 hodinách, protože čekají na odpověď od svého oddělení.
Když jsem je znovu kontaktoval, stav mé platby byl již změněn na „zrušeno". Můj účet je plně ověřen, ale peníze nebyly dosud vloženy na můj platformový účet ani na můj bankovní účet. Ještě jednou jsem mluvil s oddělením a řekli, že čekají na odpověď od svého finančního týmu. Už je to více než 24 hodin a neposkytli správnou odpověď.

Fiz uma solicitação de saque dia 05/03 aonde informaram que o saque tinha sido realizado com sucesso, entrei em contato pois o valor não caiu na minha conta e a menina do suporte pediu para mim entrar em contato com o banco. Solicitei para ela o comprovante da transferência a mesma informou que não tinha acesso, mas que eu aguardasse 2 horas.
Entrei em contato novamente aonde outro atendente pediu para mim entrar em contato com 24 horas pois estava aguardando o retorno do setor.

A minha conta se encontra verificada, e até o momento o dinheiro não caiu nem na conta da plataforma nem na minha conta bancária. Entre em contato novamente com o setor e eles informaram que estavam aguardando o retorno do financeiro . Aonde já se passou mais de 24 horas, e não dão o retorno devido.
