Jsem klientem Rabony a uzavřel jsem sázku, která přinesla návratnost 1035,00 BRL. V důsledku toho jsem se rozhodl požádat o výběr 200,00 BRL. Žádost o výběr byla podána 30. 10. 23, takže k dnešnímu dni mám povoleno 11 dní. Informovali mě, že lhůta pro přijetí je 3 dny. Čtvrtý den jsem požádal o aktualizace, omluvili se za zpoždění a informovali, že platba je aktuálně s
finančnímu oddělení a že ji dostanu neprodleně.
Každý den jsem kontaktoval jejich chat a e-mail s žádostí o aktualizace, jen abych zažil stejnou taktiku zastavení.
Po 7 dnech zpoždění začali žádat o dokumenty. Předložil jsem všechny požadované dokumenty (doklad totožnosti, selfie, doklad o bydlišti, výpisy z mého Pay4fun účtu, výpisy z bankovního účtu), které byly všechny schváleny. Překvapivě každý den žádali o jiné ověření (selfie držící dokument, selfie s dokumentem před obrazovkou notebooku zobrazující stránky Rabona), které byly všechny také schváleny. Požádali (ještě znovu) o důkaz adresy. Vše bylo odesláno a SCHVÁLENO!
Navzdory tomu stále nezaplatili.
Jinými slovy, ani s ověřeným účtem a všemi SCHVÁLENÝMI dokumenty nezpracovali můj výběr 200,00 BRL.
Poznámka: Budu také žádat o výběr zbývajícího zůstatku, který činí 835,00 BRL.

I am a client with Rabona and had placed a bet that produced a return of 1035.00 BRL. As a result, I decided to request a withdrawal of 200.00 BRL. The withdrawal request was made on 30/10/23, so as of today, I have been given the runaround for 11 days. They informed me that the receipt period was 3 days. By the fourth day, I requested updates, they apologized for the delay and informed that the payment was currently with
the financial department and that I would receive it promptly.
Every day, I would contact their chat and email to ask for updates, only to experience the same stalling tactics.
After 7 days of delays, they began asking for documents. I submitted all requested documents (proof of identity, selfies, proof of residence, statements from my Pay4fun account, bank account statements) all of which were approved. Surprisingly enough, each day they would ask for different verification (selfie holding the document, selfie with the document in front of the laptop screen showing Rabona's site), all of which were also approved. They requested (yet again) for proof of address. Everything was sent and APPROVED!
Despite this, they still have not made the payment.
In other words, even with a verified account and all documents APPROVED, they haven't processed my withdrawal of 200.00 BRL.
Note: I will also be requesting a withdrawal of the remaining balance, which amounts to 835.00 BRL.

Eu sou cliente da Rabona e fiz uma aposta tendo um retorno de 1035,00 BRL, sendo assim, resolvi solicitar um saque 200,00 BRL. O saque foi solicitado no dia 30/10/23, ou seja, hoje faz 11 dias de enrolação. Eles me informaram que o prazo para recebimento era de 3 dias. No quarto dia eu solicitei informações, pediram desculpas pelo atraso e informaram que o pagamento estava com
o setor financeiro e que eu receberia em breve.
Todos os dias eu entrava no chat e email para pedir informações, sempre a mesma enrolação.
com 7 dias de atraso, começaram a solicitar documentos, enviei todos os documentos solicitados (identidade, selfie, comprovante de residência, extrato da minha conta Pay4fun, extrato da minha conta bancária) tudo foi aprovado. Para a minha surpresa, cada dia eles pediam uma documentação diferente (selfie segurando o documento, selfie com documento na frente da tela do notebook com o site Rabona aberto), tudo aprovado também. Pediram (mais uma vez) o comprovante de endereço. Tudo enviado e APROVADO!
E mesmo assim não me pagam.
ou seja, mesmo com a conta verificada, todos os documentos APROVADOS eles processam o meu saque de 200,00 BRL.
OBS; também solicitarei o saque do restante do meu dinheiro 835,00 BRL.
