Nedoporučuji hrát s uvítacím bonusem v tomto kasinu. Po úplném vsazení uvítacího bonusu jsem vyhrál více než 1 500 EUR a můj celkový zůstatek skutečných peněz byl snížen na 200 EUR, protože uvítací bonus může vyhrát pouze 10násobek vkladu. Dle mého názoru se však jedná o chybu, neboť výše uvedeného zisku bylo dosaženo až po splnění prodejních podmínek a měl bych tedy mít nárok na celý svůj zisk. Navíc ve skupině Dama NV není žádné jiné kasino s maximální výhrou za vkladový bonus! Jsem velmi zklamaný, protože to byla moje zatím největší výhra a radost z toho byla nakonec úplně o ničem.

I won over €1500 after wagering the welcome bonus in full and my total real money balance was reduced to €200 as the welcome bonus can only win 10x the deposit. Ich Rate davon ab, in diesem Casino mit dem Willkommensbonus zu spielen. Ich habe nachdem ich den Willkommens vollständig umgesetzt habe über 1500€ gewonnen und meine gesamte Echtgeldbalance wurde auf 200€ reduziert, da man mit dem Willkommensbonus nur 10x der Einzahlung gewinnen kann. Meiner Meinung nach handelt es sich hierbei jedoch um einen Fehler, da der o.g. Gewinn erst nach Erfüllung der Umsatzbedingungen erzielt wurde und mir somit mein gesamter Gewinn zustehen müsste. Zudem gibt es sonst in keinem anderen Casino der Dama NV Group einen Maximalgewinn für einen Einzahlungsbonus! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, da es mein bisher größter Gewinn war und die Freude darüber am Ende komplett umsonst gewesen ist.
