In the live chat I was offered a 100 percent bonus which I accepted. I had read the bonus conditions beforehand and knew that there was a max cashout that was x10 of the original deposit.

after successful implementation, i had 850 euros on the account this was canceled and the deposit of 100 euros was refunded to me.

After a big win of 800 euros, I changed the slot (draculas castle wazdan 1000x to 0.80 euros / spin) because there was a max cashout of 1000 euros and from my point of view it no longer makes sense to continue playing this high variance there Any further winnings would be canceled as soon as I win more than 1000 euros from the bonus.

auserdem wurden mir schon einmal in dieser casinogruppe(SG International) mehr als 3000 euro nicht ausgezahlt da ich die varianz nach einen grossen gewinn nicht gewechelt hatte und dann wurde mir vorgeworfen ich hätte zu oft mit bonus eingezahlt weshalb der gewinn nicht ausgezahlt wurde. was ich damit sagen will ist hätte ich das spiel nicht gewechselt und hätte noch mehr gewonnen hätte man mir statt volatility abuse ,bonus abuse vorgeworfen um nicht auszahlen zu müssen

your bonus had a max cashout of 1000 euros (deposit x10), and i was already at 1100 euros after winning 800 euros, of course i changed the variance to mid variance. wild orient is not a low variance game that i want emphasize again this is a mid variance slot. I continued to play in this slot after winning the dracula 800 euros and wagered to the end.

over 90 percent of the stakes in wild orient were 1.35 euros (max bet with this bonus was 1.50 euros) so a whole 50 percent higher than with the dracula slot, which means I risked even more.

you are looking for just one reason not to have to pay out.
