Od února 2020 jsem zákazníkem BETGOLD.
Vždy jsem požádal o výběr na svůj bankovní účet a obdržel jsem ho do dvou pracovních dnů. Vše bez problémů.
Dne 22. 9. 2020 jsem však požádal o výběr ve výši 1085,00 brl na svůj bankovní účet (jako vždy). Dostal jsem počáteční lhůtu 2 pracovní dny, ale nedostal jsem ji. Pak mi dali období 5 pracovních dnů, ale ani já jsem to nedostal. Nespočetnekrát jsem kontaktoval BETGOLD a ony se pohrávají s automatickými odpověďmi a / nebo říkají: „Neexistuje žádný termín pro platbu nebo" čekáme dnes, pokud nebude jasné, můžete se vrátit, to znamená, že se jasně pohrávají.
Už jsem vás kontaktoval prostřednictvím e-mailu, chatu, ale nikdo neposkytuje konkrétní odpověď.
poznámka: můj účet byl vždy ověřen od chvíle, kdy jsem se na webu zaregistroval.
obs: včera ráno, 29.9.2020, kontaktoval jsem chat a oni mě informovali, že finanční sektor zpracovává platbu a já ji obdržím právě včera, jen počkej. Uplynul celý den a já jsem to nedostal.

Eu sou cliente BETGOLD desde fevereiro de 2020.
Sempre solicitei saque para a minha conta bancária e recebia em dois dias úteis. Tudo sem problemas.
Porém, dia 22/09/2020, eu solicitei um saque no valor de 1085,00 brl, para a minha conta bancária (como sempre fiz). Me deram um prazo inicial de 2 dias úteis, mas não recebi. Depois me deram o prazo de 5 dias úteis, porem, também não recebi. Entrei em contato inúmeras vezes com a BETGOLD e ficam enrolando com respostas automáticas e/ou dizem ´´ não há um prazo para o pagamento ou ´´pedimos que aguarde hoje, caso não compensado voce pode retornar , ou seja, claramente estão enrolando.
Já entrei em contato via email, chat, mas ninguém dá uma resposta concreta.
obs: minha conta sempre foi verificada, desde momento que me inscrevi no site.
obs: ontem de manhã, dia 29/09/2020, entrei em contato com o chat e me informaram que o setor financeiro estava processando o pagamento e eu iria receber ontem mesmo, bastava aguardar. Passou o dia inteiro e não recebi.
