Two different deposits were made on 3.3 (totaling €50 and €49). I still haven't received the money back.

Withdrawals made 4.4, 4 in total, totaling €750. They haven't processed these either.

There is no response from the chat, and they can't tell you how long it will take. Emails are not answered.

Is there still hope to get the money/ any tips on how to get the money?

And if anyone has experience with the casino and similar activities, please tell me how it ended and whether you got the money. The amount is so big that this won't stop there..😤

Yes, I have been waiting for both. The failed deposits were returned to the game account today, but the withdrawals are still waiting for approval.
