Takže jako některé další příspěvky zde. Stránka šla dobře, po redesignu/rebrandu k mnohem horšímu. Už nevidíte, kolik vám zbývá vsadit, a proto jsem kontaktoval podporu. Říkají mi, že je vše v pořádku, takže převádím měnu na webu na krypto, abych mohl vybírat, zatím vše v pořádku. Pak uplyne pár dní, stále se to zpracovává. Kontaktuji je jednou denně, abych zkontroloval, proč to trvá tak dlouho, říkají mi, že to zpracovává jejich finanční oddělení a že to bude brzy za pár dní hotovo. Až do dneška se to samé zeptalo v chatu podpory, proč se to stále zpracovává. Chlápek mi říká, že bonus ještě nebyl vsazen, ale před 5 dny mi jeho kolegové řekli, že když přejdete na kartu výběru, a pokud jste schopni převést jejich měnu, pak už není co vsadit a můžete jít. Takže pak ještě navíc píše, že celková sázka, kterou je třeba udělat, je 4078,97, ale bonus byl asi 15 $ z bonusu za točení zdarma s asi 40x sázkou, přesně si to nepamatuji, ale zhruba takhle. Takže se to ani zdaleka neblíží té hranici 4000 $. Takže buď to zpackali a mysleli si, že jsem stáhl původní vkladový bonus místo bezplatných otočení, které s ním byly, který měl 40x sázku a úplně jinou sázku než vkladový bonus, nebo se mě jen snaží podvést a snaží se mě nechat si myslet, že můj výběr je už dávno pryč s bonusem. Takže jakože, znovu po tomto rebrandu to byla naprostá katastrofa a teď nevím, jestli se dostanu ke stažení, i když to není moc peněz, jen mě to nutí přemýšlet, proč by to vytahovali ještě víc.. Takže si toho dávejte pozor, kluci.
So like some other posts here. The site went to good, to much worse after the redesign/rebrand. You can't see how much you've left to wager anymore, and therefore I contacted support. They tell me all good to go, so I convert the in-site currency to crypto to be able to withdraw, all good so far. Then a few days goes by, it's still being processed. I contact them once a day to check up on why it's taking such long time, they tell me it's being processed by their finance department and will be done soon in a couple of days. Until today, same thing, asked in support chat why it's still processing. The guy tells me that the bonus has not yet been wagered, however, 5 days earlier his colleagues told me that when going to the withdrawal tab, and if you're able to convert their currency, then there's nothing left to wager and you're good to go. So then aswell on top of that, he writes that the total wager that needs to be done is 4078.97, but the bonus was like 15$ from a freespins bonus with like 40x wager, can't remember excactly but roughly like that. So that is nowhere near that 4000$ mark.. So either they've messed up and thought I withdrew the original deposit bonus instead of the freespins that came with it, that had a 40x wager and a completely different wager than the deposit bonus, or they are just trying to scam my a** off, and try to let me think that my withdrawal is long gone.. So as a resumé, it has been a decent site to play on with good bonuses, but then after this rebrand, it has just been a complete disaster, and as of now I don't know if i'm going to get the withdrawal, even tough it's not a lot of money, that just gets me thinking why they would pull this off even more.. So just be aware of this guys..
