Chci vás informovat, že podle obchodních podmínek společnosti Del oro, které zde mohu v případě potřeby zveřejnit, musí v případech, jako jsou tyto, kdy uživatel hlásí, že se nemůže přihlásit ke svému účtu, což byl můj případ, zkontrolovat, zda na něm neproběhly nějaké transakce, a účet zablokovat, což je uvedeno v jejich obchodních podmínkách.
Navíc se nejednalo o kyberzločin, protože to nedává smysl. Kdyby to byl hacker, nikdy by neutratil můj zůstatek v kasinu, ale vybral by si ho na svůj účet.
Bylo to samotné kasino, které to udělalo!
Jsem si tím jistý/á.
A ano, mají způsob, jak dokázat, že jsem odeslal/a to, o co jsem žádal/a:
Nezpracované protokoly přístupu obsahující datum/čas, IP adresu, úplného User-Agenta, ID relací a soubory cookie spojené s účtem a provedené akce;
Úplné hlavičky HTTP požadavků, včetně nápověd klienta a X-Forwarded-For, pokud jsou k dispozici;
Historie relací a ID relací přidružená k účtu.
Z toho, co jsem slyšel, je tohle nejdůležitější část:
ID relací a soubory cookie spojené s účtem, které ukazují, že když jsem obnovoval heslo, byl jsem přihlášen k účtu, a sama JULIANA uvedla, že účet byl aktivní a bez problémů, když řekla, že se nemůže přihlásit!
Jejich mlčení mluví za vše: nejenže mi zablokovali účet, ale od 3. září mi neodpověděli na e-maily.
Pokud jsem byl skutečně viníkem, měli by mi poskytnout data, která jsem požadoval, protože jen tak mohou dokázat, že jsem to opravdu udělal.
Všimněte si, že mi poslali naprosto chybná data uživatelského agenta a jakmile jsem jim řekl, že se mýlí, smazali je a poslali mi nová, což jen ukazuje, že mě podvádějí.
Je třeba vzít v úvahu několik faktorů. Nejedná se o kyberkriminalitu, ale o samotné kasino, které to udělalo, aby mě obvinili z toho, že jsem to byl já, kdo při hraní prohrál peníze. Důkazy jsou všechny, které jsou k dispozici, jejich projevy v chatu!

What's more, it wasn't a cyber-crime because it doesn't make sense, if it was a hacker would never spend my casino balance but withdraw it to his account.

Note that they sent me totally wrong user agent data and as soon as I told them they were wrong they deleted it and sent me new ones, which only shows that they are deceiving me.
There are several factors that should be taken into account, it is not a cybercrime but within the casino itself that they have done this in order to blame that it was me who lost the money playing, the proofs are all there the evidence their speech in the chat!

Quero te informar que nos próprios termos e condições do Del oro e posso depois colocar aqui se for preciso, em caso destes quando o utilizador comunica que não consegue aceder à conta que foi o meu caso eles têm que verificar se há movimentações e bloquear a mesma está nos termos e condições deles.
Mais não foi nenhum crime cibernético pois não faz sentido, se assim fosse um hacker nunca iria gastar o meu saldo do casino mas sim retirar para a conta dele.
Foi o próprio casino que fez isso !
Tenho certezas.
E sim eles têm como comprovar se realmente fui eu mandado o que eu pedi :
Logs brutos de acesso contendo data/hora, endereço IP, User-Agent completo, IDs de sessão e cookies associados à conta, e as ações realizadas;
Cabeçalhos HTTP completos das requisições, incluindo client hints e X-Forwarded-For, se aplicável;
Histórico de sessões e IDs de sessão associados à conta.
Pelo que andei a informar me este é a parte mais importante :
IDs de sessão e cookies associados à conta, onde demonstra que quando eu estava a recuperar a password a minha conta estava com login feito, e a própria JULIANA disse que a conta estava activa e sem problemas quando disse que não conseguia entrar !
O silêncio deles diz tudo, alem de terem bloqueado a conta não respondem aos meus e-mails desde dia 3 de Setembro.
Se realmente eu fosse o culpado eles deviam facultar esses dados solicitados pois só assim podem comprovar que realmente fui eu.
Repara que eles mandaram me dados de user agent totalmente errados e mal eu disse que estavam errados eles apagaram e mandaram outros, isso só demonstra que estão a enganar me.
São vários factores que deviam ter em consideração, não se trata de um crime cibernético mas dentro do próprio casino terem feito isso de maneira a culpar que fui eu que perdi o dinheiro a jogar , as provas estão todas lá as evidencias o discurso deles no chat !
