Již několik měsíců jsem klientem Playpix. Vždy jsem mohl provádět výběry normálně - rychlé výběry, přičemž pix byl vytvořen během několika minut. Vše se však nedávno změnilo. Před několika dny jsem se pokusil o výběr a zůstalo nevyřízené. Po 3 dnech jsem svůj výběr neobdržel a přišlo mi to divné, takže jsem se rozhodl kontaktovat jejich chatovou podporu pro další informace. Bylo mi řečeno, že můj účet je nyní omezen na sledování. Problém je: když se odtud pokusím vybrat všechny své peníze, zobrazí se následující zpráva: ClientRestrictedForActionWithdraw
Jinými slovy, zamkli moje peníze. To je nezákonné!
Chtějí, abych opustil nástupiště? To je v pořádku. Odejdu, ale nemohou mi zadržet peníze.
