I have been a silent reader of this discussion until now, and I would like to thank you directly for your contributions.

But now I need help, too. Like many here, I've been scammed by Curacao casinos.

Of course, I have already tried to submit chargebacks, specifically with Revolut, but they have all been rejected without exception, even with proof of contact with the merchant, etc.

This doesn't seem normal to me. It seems as if Revolut doesn't give a damn about such disputes. Can anyone help me?

ich war bis jetzt ein stiller Leser dieser Diskussion, ich bedanke mich direkt für die Beiträge.

Jetzt brauche ich jedoch auch Hilfe. Mir geht es genauso wie vielen hier, das ich auf Curacao Casinos hereingefallen bin.

Ich habe natürlich schon versucht Rückbuchungen einzureichen, konkret bei Revolut, diese werden aber alle ausnahmslos abgelehnt, selbst mir Beweisen über den Händlerkontakt, etc.

Das erscheint mir nicht normal, mir kommt es so vor als würde Revolut einen Dreck auf solche Steitfälle legen, kann mir jemand helfen?

I found the TRND site based in Monaco. It seems like a well-known site and it actually deals with body care products. Maybe the bank automatically associates it with this site. I'll try to do some more research.

Yes - Chase are really strange, they will always raise it 10 working days, the 45 days for a merchant response they won’t temp credit so just a waiting game. I then usually send the rejected email the one that says couldn’t deliver a few weeks after they raise chargeback as proof this company is dodgy, eventually Chase will either stop or close my account, so I am adamant I will not relapse again.

Barclaycard are decent because they usually temp credit and that forces the merchant to sometimes refund directly.

I have tried to respond days under review but yes they do.

What I am seeing and not sure on most of these are UK based companies but charging in euros

I raised one after my chargeback was rejected then it went over the timeframe without their reply so they gave me a courtesy refund

Once they raise them thats it all of mine were done with no details so they can do it if they want just digging their heels in

Yeah you have done incorrect MCC haven’t you which for me is fail safe when processed, Chase 100% won’t do that hence the goods not received, I have done goods on Barclaycard this time I did mcc last time so concerned they wouldn’t do it again. Like CryptoG said a while back the banks shouldn’t refuse goods not received so that’s usually the best option and least hassle on getting them processed.

Ok well they did it all for me but this time with the 4 I might say goods not received to the chargeback team to see if they raise them without having to go to a complaint I doubt it though..

What bank? It’s strange and frustrating for everyone as some get lots of refunds immediately, others have to wait 45 days, some do mcc others don’t etc. As much as I hate the service from Chase they do raise them, Barclays have been brilliant just need 10 to be refunded from them, the service is amazing as she said you may not get temp refunds all the time but we will always discuss and let you know what info we need.

Sound like they have been decent then. I do wonder if these less known banks like Starling, Chase etc are not aware of the issues. Revolut sound like the worse but don’t know if you noticed when depositing on these sites Revolut are named separately to Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Numerous sites I saw had Revolut card deposit and Revolut bank transfer which would indicate they are in on it hence the refusal to raise chargebacks

they are only now finally raising TERRVERS for me after sending so much information about them via email back and forth for the last 3 weeks
