I have but it doesn’t show any provider, other than casino name and then it says something like fast deposit that’s kind of why I’m thinking it may not be it 🙁

Try making a deposit again from the casino and check the link that appears when the payment is about to be processed. The payment provider should appear there. Then abort the payment.

If you have closed your casino account, open another one to try this deposit.

Prova ad effettuare nuovamente un tentativo di deposito dal casinò e vedi il link che appare quando si sta per elaborare il pagamento. Lì dovrebbe comparire il provider che elabora il pagamento. Poi abortisci il pagamento.
