Me han pagado lo ingresado, fin… a partir de ahí, mucho volumen, estoy a punto de recibirlo, prioridad máxima y miles de chorradas más….

Resolved complaints have no impact on the Safety Index, and the Safety Index is not about how quickly the casino pays out. Basically the only way to somehow consider withdrawal speed for us is through withdrawal limits and comparing whether those are being adhered to. Sadly, for that, my colleagues need many more perfectly similar complaints. Can't do more, I'm afraid.

To be fair, we cannot lower the Safety Index just because of withdrawal delays shorter than 14 days. Our Complaints Team only gets involved if payouts are delayed longer than that. That’s why you won’t see withdrawal speed reflected in the Safety Index details.

The same applies to issues like losing a VIP status, receiving fewer promotions, or other negative experiences that don’t involve confiscated winnings. I understand this might feel inaccurate to you, but the fact is that, based on all complaints so far, this casino has paid legitimate winnings. There are no unresolved cases left.

Hello, I agree with you, and I believe I understand why less patient players are more likely to abandon their complaints or lose money. I recall our latest discussion with the Complaint and the Data Team members. The problem we dig into is almost every time the same: once the money is lost, the casino may easily say that they were just about to send the money, and we can't prove them otherwise. Although the system is not perfect, we currently have no other alternatives available. I wish we had.

That's also a fantastic point. I would personally like to see the possibility of allowing a safety block on the sum reserved for the withdrawal. That money is in the process of being withdrawn anyway, so if such a site has some issues but is willing to pay and the player shows signs of, let's say, risky behavior, it could be a very proactive measure. Perhaps I'm just naive; it would probably be too complicated for the suport...
