Many of the payment services are based in Great Britain, so the possibility of criminal prosecution is promising. Give the bank the reference number of the criminal complaint, and the police will take care of the rest.

You are missing a good opportunity to give the dealers the middle finger. As many people as possible should report the dealer if he is using fake evidence.

Viele der Zahlungsdienste sitzen in GB, so dass eine eventuelle strafrechtliche Verfolgung vielversprechend ist. Das Aktenzeichen der Strafanzeige der Bank mitteilen, die Polizei wird sich dann um den Rest kümmern.

Hier lasst Ihr eine gute Chance liegen, den Händlern den Mittelfinger zu zeigen. Möglichst viele sollten Anzeige erstatten, wenn der Händler mit gefakten Beweisen arbeitet.

I first called virgin money up and told them the situation ages ago and they decided to put it through as fraud which got rejected even though I told them it wasn’t fraudulent as I did make the purchase but I recently Jsut tried to dispute is for goods not received and now they’re saying they can’t because it’s gambling related

That should also form the basis of the arguement they are not gambling companies you would think FOS would overturn that

The difficulty is if you said gambling then Mastercard issuers tend to reject it, if it was purely on goods not received no mention of gambling get the complaint raised under the fact you haven’t received digital art, challenge them on why they think it’s gambling if you didn’t mention it.

Somehow VISA and Mastercard are making a big secret of chargebacks. Apparently it is up to the bank to decide whether a chargeback goes through or not. In the end, VISA and Mastercard have a say in the matter. VISA and Mastercard are also partly to blame, the system has slipped into the hands of criminals and it is now very difficult to get out. The system needs to be revised!

Irgendwie machen VISA und Mastercard ein großes Geheimnis ums Chargeback. Angeblich obliegt es der Bank die Entscheidung zu treffen ob ein chargeback durchgeht oder nicht. Am Ende reden da VISA und Mastercard noch ein wörtchen mit. Schuld sind auch zum Teil VISA und MAstercard, das System ist in Händne von kriminellen gerutscht, und da kommt es nur noch sehr schwer raus. Es muss eine Überarbeitung des Systemes her!

In short if ifs payment made via a debit or credit card you can chargeback, if its a bank transfer then unless the bank refunds you there is no possibility of a chargeback.

Agreed, the whole starting point is the bank visa and Mastercard will process under any code the bank pushes through.

Not about Curacao - but this is a quote directly from the Costa Rican authority for any casinos you have been on with a licence there. Any EOD SRL etc are on this list.

So each payment is not only fraudulent transaction masking, but actually against the licence terms. Probably doesn't matter to these sites, wild west licence, but even then they cowboys have officially stated that they can't accept VISA or Mastercard there!

I agree. Great idea to contact the media. Estolio Limited also seems like a scam to me. They don't even have a contact anywhere, maybe I'll take them to court.
