My credit card company to be honest I don't think it's a chargeback due to the length of time it has taken and their response as they quoted that the mcc code was a non financial institution 6051. But what I did do was forward to them a screenshot of the deposit to the site which had date and time which corolateted to the time of the transaction that went out of the account, obviously it didn't match up. I also sent incriminating evidence of sanctions and warnings and payment processing blacklist against the Santana BV group and how they are illegally operating without a licence. So as CC are not allowed to be registered to gamble even though I admitted I did this in poor judgement and error they have refunded me and said they are now fully investigating the matter further. I think what you may need to do is search for the merchants and see if you can find them also contact your bank and ask for the merchant codes that they have used as there is now tiers in visa for high risk 1 2 & 3 I did post a link regarding this it's an interesting read. I will do a bit of digging on your payments see what I can find for you 😉
