My primary point remains imperative to the many dangers I have already made surrounding this casino; it has little accountability and is worth avoiding.

The guy who posted the recent remark was not to know that and although my remark may appear to be unsympathetic; it’s a staunch reminder that this casino should be looked at with caution.

He’s a U.K. player and there are many GamStop using casinos in the U.K. and it makes me wonder why he has avoided them. Ok Thank you … what if I’m asking to refund all my deposit , take my winnings out and for the rest , according to me they didn’t insertt the rule in the bonus and the bonus screen and the bonus apper as Wagner. I have screenshots and a few days earlier I play in the same condition and I cash out whit no problem. I think they just pay small amounts and they use that rule only when you have big wins . Rule 3.7 is clear says ,, some of the bonuses have " this inserted and . And in terms and conditions players from uk are not allowed to play real money . Maybe some flag came from their system and so when they saw everything, they decided not to pay. Anyway, I don't know the real reason why the casino did that. If you couldn't play there, you should always do some research beforehand about the casino before you deposit there. Also, casinos shouldn't allow players they don't accept to play, and they should make it clear to them. This would prevent a lot of unpleasant situations. But we know that is not the case today, and so they set up such cases as well.

According to me they are not a good casino, they have on terms and cond. Curanco and now apparently they have another license, as a player when I read about curanco I see good reviews and I see I'm gonna give a try... But I did mention that casino's don't have a Curacao license and you also said that when you wrote to them they told you that they don't have their license. Why did you write to them again? 

I could certainly agree with the other things you wrote. Some casinos operate without a license, so it's not always fair, but the players are there to inform themselves. Many of them only find out the important things when things go wrong and an unpleasant situation arises. 

On the other side, casinos also know how to mislead players and have fake licenses, or have some copies of the games and so on. When he makes a withdrawal, they ask him for a rather large deposit to speed things up. This is also a current casino scam.

First time when I made the complaint I was thinking jokabet is not the company and after I see term and conditions and I see they operate as Investan N.V so I made a complaint again but I recive the same answer… putting on your term ,, Curanco " and you don’t have a license whit them , how do you call that ? …,, Scam" ? When I read about them I was sure they have a good license whit Curanco especially when I cash out a few times … small cash out but was something… I did my best to search about this casino . Even when you type on google about them the answer is they hold a lincese whit Curanco

I don't know that they should have this license and therefore Curacao. Our data team is already sorting it out and I will let you know if it is 100% true. There is a casino in the Anjouan license and therefore they are registered according to what our team found out. 

Anyway, I know that it's not the best experience and I'm curious to know what the license will tell you and especially what it will tell you.
