Od kasina jsem ani nedostal žádnou odpověď. Prosím, řekněte mi, co je to za kasino, kde musím 40 dní čekat na sebevyloučení kvůli závislosti na hazardních hrách? To nemůže být normální. Mají tolik stížností na neúspěšné pokusy o sebevyloučení a nic s tím nedělají, přesto mají tak dobré hodnocení. Prostě tomu nerozumím.
