I'm wondering what your reasoning is for rating a casino like this so highly. Actually, such casinos should be blacklisted to protect players from them.

The terms and conditions are unfriendly to players and that's putting it nicely.

A withdrawal limit of 500 euros is clearly enough.

So how can the safety index be so incredibly high?

What kind of security can a casino with such low payout amounts offer me if I win a larger amount?

There's no security if I've won 10,000 euros and can withdraw 500 euros a day, which, by the way, depends on how quickly the support actually works.

I have a case where I now have to chase after money.

Why? Because the terms and conditions aren't comprehensively explained during registration, which reputable casinos do.

ich stelle mir die Frage, was die Grundlagen von euch sind, so ein Casino so gut zu bewerten. Eigentlich sollte man solche Casinos auf die Blackliste setzen und Spieler davor schützen.

Die AGB's sind Spielerunfreundlich und das ist noch nett ausgedrückt.

500 Euro Auszahlungslimit sagen da eindeutig genug zu aus.

Wie kann also der Sicherheitsindex so unfassbar hoch sein?

Welche Sicherheiten kann mir so ein Casino mit so niedrigen Auszahlungsbeträgen geben, wenn ich mal einen größeren Betrag gewonnen habe?

Da ist keine Sicherheit vorhanden, wenn ich 10.000 Euro gewonnen habe und 500 Euro am Tag auszahlen lassen kann, was übrigens davon abhängig ist, wie schnell der Support überhaupt arbeitet.

Ich habe so einen Fall, dass ich jetzt Geld hinterher laufen darf.

Warum? Weil bei der Registrierung gar nicht umfassend auf die AGB's hingewiesen wird, was seriöse Casinos aber tun.

Hi, I've been having a problem with this mess, FatPirate, for a few days now.

• On October 2nd, I had a nice win on the slots (I even saved the replay: https://www.pplink.social/N9abuohpVr ) without using any bonus, just my real balance. In the following days, I wagered part of my winnings, but I still had a balance of over €500.
• On October 6th, out of the blue, I can no longer access my account, every time I try I get this error ("Your account is under review"):

• I tried to contact the chat to ask for an explanation, but they told me they couldn't do anything and I had to contact the relevant department via email. I contacted support via email. [email protected] once on October 6th and then again on October 7th, but I still haven't received any response.
• I'd like my account to be reopened or for FatPirate to AT LEAST let me withdraw my money, since I've been winning regularly playing their slots. I can't post a screenshot of my funds and/or request a withdrawal because I can't log in.

• Vorrei che il mio account venga riaperto o che ALMENO FatPirate mi lasci prelevare i soldi dato che ho vinto giocando regolarmente sulle loro slot. Non posso postare uno screenshot dei miei fondi e/o richiedere un prelievo dato che non riesco ad accedere.

Hi, I see you've gotten yourself into an unpleasant situation. The most important thing for me is that they didn't give you any explanation as to why this happened and why your account is under review. If you wrote to the relevant department and no one responded, then that's not quite right. 

Something in the casino may have triggered this. Did you pass account verification and send any documents or it wasn't necessary? 

I didn't upload anything because the "verification" section said it wasn't necessary to upload documents.

Non ho caricato nulla perché nella sezione "verifica" c'era scritto che non era necessario caricare documenti.
