Ich erkläre es mal ich habe 802 Euro auf mein Konto im Casino, ich habe extra 50 und einmal 20 Euro neu eingezahlt um nicht unter meine 800 Euro zu fallen damit meine Auszahlung nicht verweigert wird, die letzte Einzahlung waren 20 Euro wo eine Umsatzwette x2 drauf erhoben wurde auf die 20 Euro, die habe ich jedoch verspielt und habe noch eine rest Umsatzwette von 7,60 Euro gehabt die nicht erfüllt wurden und sind mir dann zu Lasten meiner 800 Euro angerechnet worden obwohl die Umsatzwette von den gewonnenen 800 Euro erfüllt gewesen ist und haben mir meine Auszahlung verweigert auf die ich eh fast 3 Wochen schon warte
