Poslyšte, musím říct tohle. Advokát na tyhle podvodníky. Příliš mnohokrát tito anonymní tyrani zneužívali své spotřebitele a dělali přesně tohle, aby lidi připravili o jejich těžce vydělané peníze a ještě víc o jejich štěstí výhrou tohoto druhu. Mám na mysli i výhry menšího druhu. Sám jsem se také stal obětí jejich šílenství. Zatím ne o tuto stránku BetVictor (i když tam mám na účtu výhru, když tohle píšu, kterou si plánuji dnes večer vybrat), ale spíše o Jackpot City, kde se mě snažili podvést a vzít mi výhru. Částka se ani zdaleka neblížila vašim 86 tisícům, ale přesto to byla výhra. V těchto věcech se samozřejmě snaží podvést toho malého. Prosím, věnujte chvilku a zamysleme se nad tím... jak říkáte, existují zákony na ochranu zájmů spotřebitele a tyto zákony jsou zavedeny proto, aby chránily spotřebitele v jeho právu na spolehlivost a transparentnost při nákupu produktu poskytovaného maloobchodní nebo servisní prodejnou. Hlavní věc, kterou je třeba při odkazování na zákonné předpisy v těchto záležitostech zvážit, jsou ty, které se týkají práv a zájmů spotřebitelů. V této záležitosti jde o to, že jejich práva jsou tato. Vnitřní politika jakékoli společnosti, velké či malé, ve skutečnosti _není zákonem_. Jen proto, že společnost prohlašuje své interní politiky za závazné a konečné a nadřazené všem výsledkům, ve skutečnosti (ne)znamená, že uvedené interně deklarované politiky nahrazují psané zákony nebo zákony země, které se od nás všech očekává, že budeme dodržovat a řídit se nimi. Mohou prohlašovat, že jejich politika je naprosto určující a jejich rozdělení za ukončení všeho, dokud nezmodrají a dokud jejich právníkům nedojde inkoust, fakta jsou fakta a konečné slovo bude slovo zákona, kterým jsou vázáni a kterým se mají řídit. Stejně jako zákony země. Totéž platí pro jakýkoli sektor veřejných služeb, ať už se jedná o maloobchod nebo cokoli jiného. Zde je příklad... Jen proto, že místní hokejové hřiště má ceduli s nápisem „Nezodpovídáme za zranění, škody nebo ztrátu majetku", neznamená to, že jejich politika v těchto záležitostech přesahuje nebo nahrazuje psané zákony, kterými jsou vázáni. Baví mě, že většina lidí tomu nerozumí a je ochotna snést ignorantskou reakci, podobnou té, kterou se snažíte přijmout vy. Stručně řečeno, přesně to je. Zákon a zákony, které nás všechny regulují a řídí, zvítězí. Vyhledejte si radu a zažalujte je. Zažalujte je způsobem, který nastaví standard pro jejich korupci a drobné krádeže. Hlavně je zažalujte o sankční odškodnění, jako je duševní utrpení a trauma za porušení důvěry spotřebitelů a hlavně za jejich nevědomost, haha. Upřímně řečeno, v tomto případě by měla být zahájena hromadná žaloba, protože existuje bezpočet lidí se stejnými příběhy všude možně a upřímně řečeno, tohle je třeba rozdrtit. V těchto situacích by měla zvítězit férová hra a férová výhra. Bylo by úžasné vidět, jak si zaslouží, a možná by to nastavil nový standard v tomto konkrétním odvětví. Tenhle příklad nespravedlnosti mezi spotřebitelem a konglomerátem. Pak by možná nebyli tak náchylní k okrádání svých vlastních cenných zákazníků.

Listen I gotta say this. Lawyer up on these crooks. Too many times have these faceless tyrants taken advantage of their consumers and done this exact thing to screw people out of their hard earned Money and more so their stoke of good fortunes with a win of this nature. I am also referring to wins of a lesser nature even. I myself have been the victim of their insanity as well. Not this betvictor site as of yet (although I have a win in my account there as I write this that I plan on cashing out this evening) but rather jackpot city when they were trying to screw me over and take a win from me. The amount wasn’t anywhere near that of your 86k but never the less a win. They are of course out to screw the little guy in these matters. please take a moment and let us consider this.. like you say there laws to protect the interests of that of the consumer and these laws are in place to protect a consumer in their right to reliability and transparency when purchasing a product provided by a retail or service outlet. The main thing to consider when referencing the legalities in these matters are those concerning the rights and interests of a consumer. Regarding a matter of this nature In that Their rights are this. Internal policy of any company big or small is infact _not law period_. Just because a company declares its internal policies to be all binding and final and over ruling all outcomes does (not) infact make said internally declared policies supersede the written law or laws of the land that we are all expected abide by and follow. They can declare their policy to be all ruling, and their divisions to end all, until they are blue in the face, and until their lawyers pens run out of ink, the facts are the facts, and the final word will be that of law that they are bound by and are to follow the laws set out before them. As is the law of the land. Same goes for any public service industry. weather it be retail or otherwise. Here’s an example..Just because the local hockey rink has a sign that says not responsible for injury damages or lost property does not make their policy regarding these matters above beyond or superseding the written laws they are bound by. I get a kick out of the fact that most people don’t understand this and are willing to take a brush off response similar to the one your building yourself up to accept. The long and short of this is exactly that. The law and the laws that regulate and govern us all shall prevail. Seek out council and sue them. Sue them in a way that sets the standard for their corruption and petty thievery. mainly sue them for punitive damages such as mental anguish and trauma for breaching consumer trust and mostly for their ignorance too haha. Honestly a class action should be in play in this because there are countless people with the exact same stories all across the board and honestly this shit needs to be squashed. Fair play and fair win should prevail in these situations. It would be awesome to see them get their just deserts and maybe just maybe it would set a new standard in that particular industry. That instance of consumer vs conglomerate injustice. Then maybe they wouldn’t be so apt to just steal from their very own valued customers.
