Velmi podezřelé, nemohl jsem hrát, protože můj okamžitý převod 20 € právě zmizel, napsal jsem na zákaznický servis, kde je mých 20 €, ani není vidět v kurzu, řekli, že se stále kontroluje a uvolňuje moje banka musí být a okamžitý převod by byl rychlejší, připadalo mi to jako otazník, protože jsem přesně to udělal a také jsem to poslal přes PDF, ale vždy říkají stejnou větu, počkat, toto se kontroluje, neuvěřitelné, není to dobrý dojem pokud jste tam nový a platíte poprvé. Nezbývá mi tedy než čekat, takže zatím negativní.
Very suspicious, couldn't play because my immediate transfer of 20€ just disappeared, I wrote to customer service, where my 20€ are, not even visible in the course, they said that it was still being checked and released by my bank would have to be, and an immediate transfer would be faster, felt like a question mark, because I did exactly that and also sent it via PDF but they always say the same sentence, wait, this is being checked, unbelievable, not a good impression if you're new there and paying in for the first time. Sehr suspekt,konnte nicht spielen,weil meine Sofortüberweisung von 20€ einfach verschwunden sind,habe den Kundendienst angeschrieben,wo den meine 20€ sind ,noch nicht mal im verlauf sichtbar,sie meinten,das es noch geprüft wirde und von meiner Bank frei gegeben werden müsste,und mit einer sofortüberweisung schneller gehen würde,fühlte mich wie ein fragezeichen,weil ich das genau getan habe und dies auch über PDF gesendet habe aber von denen kommt immer der selbe satz ,warten sie dies wird geprüft,unfassbar,kein guter eindruck wenn man dort neu ist und das erstemal einzahlt.Also habe ich keine wahl als zu warten,von daher ertmal negativ.
