I was honest and said MCC misuse and the fact that their merchant isn’t licensed to offer its services in Germany. I also escalated to the CNB after 2 1/2 weeks of no reply from them. Patience, you’ll get it! It was around 1K for me.

Hopefully they see my emails. I emailed quite a lot since 4 days ago, I actually checked I had a few transactions on one of my banks and a few on the other for dsolpay, I have sent them all the transactions and hoping for a refund, I’ll wait a little and then contact CNB if not.
