Dobrý den, dnes jsem se pokusil přihlásit ke svému účtu MagicWin a nejde mi to. Zobrazí se mi chybová hláška „nesprávný e-mail nebo heslo". Zkusil jsem si resetovat heslo a hlásí se, že s touto e-mailovou adresou neexistuje žádný účet. Kontaktoval jsem je přes chat a řekli mi totéž: s mou e-mailovou adresou není spojen žádný účet. Nicméně mám na svém účtu za poslední dva roky spoustu e-mailů od tohoto kasina.
Měl jsem čekající výběr přibližně 800 eur více než 6 měsíců a viděl jsem, že několikrát změnili místo konání:

Odstranili jednoho ze svých poskytovatelů sázkových kanceláří, přibližně 6 měsíců byli bez poskytovatele sportovních sázkových kurzů a teď, pokud vím, mají jiného poskytovatele sportovních sázkových kurzů.
Účet u Magicwin mám od léta 2023 a v posledním roce jsem téměř nehrál. Když mi zrušili výběr, vsadil jsem si na sporty nebo kasinové hry a pak jsem peníze znovu vybral.

Hello, today I tried to log in to my MagicWin account and it won't let me. I get an error message saying "incorrect email or password." I tried to reset my password and it says there's no account with that email address. I contacted them via chat and they told me the same thing: there's no account associated with my email address. However, I have numerous emails from this casino in my account over the last two years.
I had a pending withdrawal of approximately 800 euros for more than 6 months and I saw that they have changed the location several times:

Hola, hoy trate de conectarme a mi cuenta de magicwin y no me deja, me sale error diciendo incorect email or password, trate de restaurar la contraseña y me dice que no existe una cuenta con ese correo.Hable por el chat y me han dicho lo mismo, no hay una cuenta asociada a mi correo pero yo tengo en mi cuenta multitud de mails recibidos de este casino en los ultimos 2 años.
Tenia de retiro pendinte de aprox. 800 euros desde mas de 6 meses y vi que han cambiado varias veces el sitio:

Tengo cuenta en magicwin desde el verano de 2023 y en el ultimo año casi no he jugado,cuando me cancelaban el retiro hacia una apuesta en deportes o casino y volvia a retirar el dinero.
A alguien mas le han pasado esto? cuenten sus experiencias porfavor
