I had it right away I took the bonus and read it carefully and turned it around as it should. The withdrawals didn't work because they wanted more dollars which I sent and asked if I could continue playing with this money they said yes. 2 weeks went by that the docs were approved and I had made many withdrawals and everything was in waiting mode. I asked again about withdrawals and winnings they said wait and you can play then when the withdrawals were approved 8800€ balance dropped to 800€ which was an approved withdrawal and it took 2 weeks and there were also problems with this withdrawal. Im sorry to hear this, but i had several withdrawals with no problems. One time only i violated the terms and conditions because i took one more bonus in the row...allowed is 3, the fourth was suspended, money droped to deposit balance and then i had to deposit at least 25 euros waggered it 3 times and then i could withdraw. Al the winnings from the 4th deposit plus bonus i took were suspended. Only the deposit stayed.

I was so angry, cause i made some money... in the second chance i had no luck anymore. I lost all.

And all bonuses are limited.

I tried to get that I had wagered this amount 1x it didn't work. So when I said that I asked them many times. I played for almost a month and my balance didn't drop and nothing happened I just played and waited I've never won anything since when you win you don't get the money ugh.. wonder this place doesn't have a license.
