Yes but no were in their safer gambling terms and conditions does it state a customer can reopen their self excluded account if they request it to be reopened this defies the whole point of self exclusion not to mention the casino breaking their terms and conditions along with not following them. For example my situation requested 5 year exclusion due to gambling addiction on 30bet and qbet after one month account reopened it specifically states a self excluded account cannot be reopened until the expiry of the self exckuded time frame has passed. I have a complaint logged waiting on 30bet to respond that's if they do time will tell.

Well, the casino really shouldn't open self-excluded accounts, but as we can see, this isn't always the rule.

It definitely shouldn't be like that, because as you say, vulnerable players then have no way of protecting themselves. I don't know how the casino sees it, but they should definitely take better care of it.
