[STÍŽNOST] Betmaster Mexico mi bezdůvodně zadržuje finanční prostředky již více než 2 měsíce
Ahoj komunito, chci se podělit o svůj případ, abych varoval a požádal o podporu, pokud si tím prošli i ostatní hráči.
Více než dva měsíce jsou mé finanční prostředky zablokovány u Betmaster Mexico. Poté, co jsem požádal o výběr, kasino po mně začalo požadovat nadměrné množství dokumentů: selfie od ostatních, průkazy totožnosti jiných osob, bankovní výpisy, které neodpovídají mému profilu, a další.
Když jsem požádal o jednoduchý přehled transakcí na mém účtu, přestali reagovat.
Celkově mi pomohli (a pak mě ignorovali) pracovníci podpory, jako Rebeca, Daniela, Vanesa, Adán a další. Od té doby mi nedali žádné jasné zdůvodnění. Zmrazili mi účet a ukradli mi peníze s odvoláním na svou oblíbenou výmluvu, proč se neukazují: „více účtů".
Poté, co mi podvodně vytáhl dokumenty bez právního opodstatnění.

Nejsem jediný. Od zveřejnění mého příběhu jsem dostal zprávy od dalších uživatelů, kterým byly také hned po výhře zablokovány účty.
Všichni obdrželi stejnou automatickou odpověď a jejich účty byly uzavřeny ve stejný den, pod stejnou záminkou.
Zdá se, že se již nejedná o ojedinělý případ, ale spíše o systematický vzorec obchodních podvodů nebo zneužívání.
Vše také dokumentuji pomocí snímků obrazovky, e-mailů, vyhýbavých odpovědí a důkazů, které ukazují, jak tato společnost nespravedlivě zadržuje zisky a vyhýbá se reakci na fakta.

Desde hace más de 2 meses, tengo mis fondos retenidos en Betmaster México. Después de solicitar un retiro, el casino comenzó a pedirme documentos exagerados: selfies de terceros, identificaciones ajenas, estados de cuenta que no corresponden a mi perfil y más.
Cuando pedí un simple resumen de movimientos de mi cuenta, dejaron de responder.
En total me han atendido (y luego ignorado) personas del soporte como Rebeca, Daniela, Vanesa, Adán, entre otros. Desde entonces, no me han dado ninguna justificación clara, l congelaron mi cuenta y se robaron mi dinero argumentando su más favorita excusa para no dar la cara "multicuentas"
Después de sacarme con engaños documentos sin justificación legal.

No soy la única persona. Desde que publiqué mi caso, he recibido mensajes de otros usuarios a quienes también les bloquearon las cuentas justo después de ganar.
Todos recibieron el mismo tipo de respuesta automatizada, y sus cuentas fueron cerradas el mismo día, bajo el mismo pretexto.
Esto ya no parece un caso aislado, sino un patrón sistemático de fraude o abuso comercial.
También estoy documentando todo con capturas, correos, respuestas evasivas y pruebas que demuestran cómo esta empresa retiene ganancias injustamente y evade responder cuando se le confronta con hechos.

Este casino invierte gran parte de lo que roba a los jugadores en publicidad pagando influencers y reseñas inventadas para aumentar su popularidad y calificación pero también está más que documentado los inumerables casos de jugadores afectados y las constantes quejas con el mismo patrón de fraude..!!
