Kasino se jmenuje Niftycasino (Infiniza ltd) a můj účet je již uzavřen. Dopustili se mnoha porušení pravidel zodpovědného hraní a také jsem si na to stěžoval na casinoguru, ale moje stížnost byla zamítnuta.
Když jsem od kasina obdržel záznamy GDPR, objevila se mi tato textová zpráva:
„Po uplatnění tohoto limitu jste v období od 30. července do 4. srpna 2025 provedli další vklady v celkové výši 1 356 EUR a 5. srpna 2025 jste vybrali 999 EUR. Vaše aktivita tak zůstala v rámci stanoveného limitu čistých vkladů."
Pravdou je, že mi nastavili limit vkladu 2000 eur na 29.7. A podařilo se mi vložit 29,7-4,8. 2756 eur, ale z nějakého důvodu ani nezapočítali těchto 29,7 provedených vkladů, i když mám uložené všechny doklady o přesném čase a datu, kdy limit stanovili, a také o časech, kdy jsem vklad provedl. Limit zrušili 4.8. poté, co jsem si u nich stěžoval, protože jsem mohl vložit částku nad limit.
Kasino mi už neodpovídá.
The casino is Niftycasino (Infiniza ltd) and my account is already closed. They have done many violations about responsible gaming and I have made complaint about it to casinoguru as well, but my complaint was rejected.
Now as I received my GDPR records from the casino, there was this next text:
"Following the application of this limit, you made further deposits totaling EUR 1,356 between 30 July and 04 August 2025, and you withdrew EUR 999 on 05 August 2025. As such, your activity remained within the imposed net deposit limit."
The truth is they set 2000e depositlimit to me on 29.7. And I managed to deposit 29.7-4.8. 2756euros, but for some reason they have not even calculated those 29.7 made deposits, even I have all the evidence saved of the exact time and date they set the limit and also times when I have deposited. They removed the limit on 4.8 after I made a complaint to them because I could deposit over the limit.
The casino wont answer me anymore.
