Some casinos provide many different landing pages, but based on one sole screenshot, without even knowing the casino, I'm afraid I won't tell you much.

Please describe all relevant casinos and preferably ask their support about the redirection. That's the easiest way to get some clues. So, you said you did that—what was the explanation like?

It is quite common that one casino is purposely licensed under more than one regulator, so they redirect players based on the license the management prefers to show to the players. This usually also depends on the country you live in or from which you're accessing the sites. Though other possibilities may happen too, different countries are getting different games, promos, and so on.

Thus, first of all, name the casinos and their relations to each other if you happen to find out someting. 🙏
