Přemýšlím o současném stavu věcí a o tom, zda existuje lepší alternativa, ale vždy se vracím k licenčnímu úřadu. Současná situace, založená na licencích, obecně činí pochopitelným, že jakmile je hra licencována, pochází od licencovaného poskytovatele a je nabízena prostřednictvím licencovaného kasina – vše je v pořádku.
