I want to close my Winbay account and they never respond to my emails. I want to file a complaint. I've been trying for months.

May I ask what reason you wrote for closing the account, though?

Is it by any chance due to the gambling issues?

You actually could try to ask someone to set up a new password there that you won't know so you will lose the access to the account there if you don't want to play, you know.

I have gambling problems and I’m losing my money I want to shut down the account immediately and yes I’ve tried before to put a different password and this fix nothing it’s my right to close it and I can’t so can you do this for me?

Do you experience any issues there yourself?

I requested a withdrawal and they told me it would take 72 hours at most, but 6 days have passed and I still can't withdraw my money. The emails they sent me just gave me the runaround but didn't offer a solution.

Okay, and what do those emails tell you, please? It happens from time to time that casinos unfortunately don't meet the deadline for various reasons, but they definitely shouldn't give it to players if it can happen. 

Did you have to go through a certification? Did you play with the bonus or not?🙂
