Je mi opravdu líto, jak silně vás tato situace ovlivnila. Věřte mi, prosím, když říkám, že nejde o ignorování toho, co jste předložili. Vaše důkazy a argumenty byly přezkoumány. Problém je, že v případech, jako je tento, nejde o to, co nám bylo zasláno, ale o to, co my jako nezávislá platforma bez oficiální autority můžeme skutečně ověřit a vyšetřit.
Proto jsme nemohli dojít k závěru, že kasino je zodpovědné, a museli jsme stížnost uzavřít. Chápu, že je to zklamání, ale bohužel z naší strany nemůžeme nic dělat. Pokud jste přesvědčeni, že došlo k trestnému činu, jedinou možností je kontaktovat příslušné orgány.
Vím, že tohle není odpověď, v kterou jsi doufal/a, ale doufám, že alespoň vidíš, kde jsou naše limity.

The problem is that in cases like this it’s not about what was sent to us, but about what we as an independent platform without official authority can actually verify and investigate.
That’s why we couldn’t conclude the casino was responsible, and we had to close the complaint. I understand that’s disappointing, but unfortunately there is nothing more we can do from our side. If you are convinced a crime has taken place, the only way forward is to contact the relevant authorities.
I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but I hope you can at least see where our limits are.
