I think @Radka is referring to the posts by user @guru.administration, which was definitely a scam. I think a lot of people here are hoping to get their money, and with some large amounts, their minds might fail (like when gambling) and they'll pay upfront. After that, the money's gone. Be careful.

I'm also talking about a six-figure sum at Stake, I think we're on about the same level @edonko.

That's why I'd like to take it up with it. However, I've written off the money unless actual successes are reported that are transferable to my case. Since GL-Recht from Austria has done something, I'm following the situation and considering what else might be possible.

Oh, and N1: Yes, only a lawsuit will help. I also have a default judgment (presumably, since the deadline before the district court has already passed). But there's no payment, and there's Bill 55.

Ich glaube @Radka meint die Postings von dem User @guru.administration , das was sicher Scam. Denke hier hoffen viele auf ihr Geld und bei teilweise großen Beträgen könnte der Verstand (wir beim Zocken) aussetzen und man geht in Vorkasse. Danach ist das Geld dann weg. Seid vorsichtig.

Bei mir geht's auch um einen sechstelligen Betrag bei Stake, denke wir sind da auf etwa gleicher Flughöhe unterwegs @edonko.

Würde es deswegen gerne angehen. Habe das Geld aber abgeschrieben, sofern nicht wirklich Erfolge gemeldet werden, die für meinen Fall übertragbar sind. Da GL-Recht aus Österreich aber was gerissen hat, verfolge ich die Situation und wäge ab was möglicherweise noch geht.

Achso und N1: Ja nur Klage hilft, habe auch ein Versäumnisurteil (mutmaßlich, da Frist vor dem Landgericht bereits verstrichen). Zahlung bleibt aber aus, dazu noch Bill 55.
