Mám problém s kasinem Pribet. Už pět dní se snažím vybrat 300 €. „Můj účet je ověřený." Výběr jsem provedl den předtím. Den poté, co jsem se o výběr pokusil, mi ho zamítli. Zavolal jsem jim, abych se zeptal, co se děje, ale neodpověděli mi přes chat ani přes Google. Ve stejný den jsem znovu provedl výběr a další den mi poslali gmail a řekli mi, že jelikož jsem provedl více než jeden výběr za 30 dní, výběr má poplatek 8 %... Říkám jim, že dobře: „Nemyslím si, že je to správné, ale co už..." Druhý den to odmítli a po dlouhém naléhání jsem si s nimi promluvil přes chat a oni mi řekli, že jelikož jsem vsadil na sporty „hraji jen automaty", musím vyhrát 1100 eur, abych mohl provést výběr... Říkám jim, že není pravda, že hraji jen automaty, oni mi říkají, že jsem vsadil více než 20krát... Posílám jim screenshot mé prázdné historie sportovních sázek a oni pak říkají: promiňte, byla to chyba... Jen mě chtěli oklamat...
Závěr: Co můžu dělat? Už pět dní se potýkám s odmítáním a zamítnutím a oni mi jen říkají, ať počkám, já čekám a oni mě znovu bezdůvodně odmítají a aniž by mi o tom cokoli řekli...

Tengo un contratiempo con los de Pribet casino, llevo 5 dias intentando hacer un retiro de 300 euros " tengo la cuenta verificada" ya he hecho un retiro el dia anterior . Al dia siguente de hacer el "inetento de retiro" me lo rechazan , le hablo para ver que pasa y no me dicen nada por chat y por gamil ni me contestan. El mismo dia vuelvo hacer el retiro y al dia siguiente me envian un gmail y me dicen que al haver hecho mas de un reriro en 30 dias , el retiro tiene una tardifa del 8%... les digo que vale " ne me parece bien pero bueno... .Al dia siguiente me lo rechazan y les hablo por chat despues de mucho insistir me dicen que al haver echo apuestas deportivas " yo solo juego a slots" tengo que gana 1100 euros para hacer el retiro... les dijo que no es verdad que solo juego a slots , me dicen que he hecho mas de 20 apuestas... les envio una pantallazo de mi historial de apuestas deportivas vacia y entonces dicen: a perdon a sido un error.. Solo me querian engañar...
Conclusion, que puedo hacer? llebo 5 dias peleando entra reriros y rechazos y solo dicen que me espere , mespero y me lo vuelven a rechazar sin ningun motivo y sin decirme nada de el porque...
