I have the same problem with Cashbox Casino. I requested a withdrawal on April 12, 2026, and support told me that once the internal system review is complete, I would receive the payment within 24-48 hours.

The review process can take up to 21 days, then it will take 21 working days.

Unfortunately, there's no information anywhere about whether you'll actually receive your winnings after the 3 weeks. Support always gives the same answer and doesn't respond to emails.

So I assume it's fraud; I've played at many online casinos and withdrawn my winnings, but something like what happened with Cashbox has never happened to me before.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit Cashbox Casino. Ich habe eine Auszahlung beantragt am 12.4.2026 , man bekommt vom Support gesagt: sobald die system interne Überprüfung abgeschlossen ist , erhält man die Zahlung dann innerhalb 24-48 Stunden.

Die Überprüfen kann bis zu 21 Tagen dauern, dann heißt es 21 Werktage.

Leider ließt man nirgends , ob man nach den 3 Wochen sein Gewinn wirklich ausgezahlt bekommt. Der Support antwortet nur immer die gleiche Antwort und auf Emails wird nicht reagiert.

Also ich geh von Betrug aus , ich habe schon bei vielen Online Casinos gespielt und auch mich auszahlen lassen, aber sowas wie bei Cashbox ist mir noch nie passiert.

My withdrawal request has been "in processing at cashbox" since 7.2.....about 3 months. Cashbox responds to emails once a week "fast withdrawal payments are the cornerstone of their operations". There is reason to suspect that Cashbox does not pay withdrawals!
