Stále mám celkem čtyři výběry, které je třeba zpracovat. Momentálně mám tři aktivní žádosti o výběr čekající na vyřízení. Dnes je čtvrtý pracovní den a můj výběr stále nebyl zpracován.
Už jsem kontaktoval kasino a oni mi odpověděli takto:
"Váš dotaz jsme přeposlali našemu specializovanému oddělení k důkladnému prošetření. Jakmile dokončí posouzení, obdržíte e-mail s kompletními podrobnostmi."
I don't understand what further "examination" is needed, as my account is fully verified and four withdrawals have already been approved in the past. At the moment, I can only assume they are trying to delay the process, possibly hoping I will lose my winnings. But it could also be that they have now decided not to pay out my remaining winnings at all.
Určitě to zde budu aktualizovat a dám vám vědět, pokud se něco změní. Každopádně to nevypovídá dobře o kasinu, které zjevně nedodržuje své vlastní obchodní podmínky.
