Chtěl jsem se zeptat na zkušenosti nebo konstruktivní rady.
Můj bratr hraje na rtbet.com a vyhrál tam asi 9 000 eur. Má VIP status 3.
Asi před dvěma týdny mu jeho VIP manažer přímo schválil a vyplatil výběr 800 eur.
Od té doby jsou však podle podpory i přes status VIP 3 další výběry údajně možné pouze každých 24 hodin v krocích po 800 €. Tyto výběry však pravidelně zůstávají ve stavu „zpracovává se" a nejsou dokončeny.
Navíc, když se informuje e-mailem, dostává pouze standardizované odpovědi, které se nezabývají konkrétním problémem ani jeho VIP statusem. Stále chybí jasné prohlášení o tom, kdy a zda bude zbývající částka vyplacena.
A teď otázka pro komunitu:
Má někdo podobné zkušenosti s RTBet, nebo konkrétně s VIP Status 3?
Existuje nějaký rozumný způsob, jak urychlit výplatu, nebo ideálně obdržet celou částku najednou?
Jak toho lze dosáhnout, aniž by se vytvářel tlak, který by mohl potenciálně vést k pozastavení účtu nebo dalším zpožděním?
Jakékoli tipy ohledně komunikace s VIP manažerem, podporou nebo osvědčenými postupy by byly velmi užitečné.

My brother plays at rtbet.com and has won around €9,000 there. He has VIP status 3.
About two weeks ago, his VIP manager directly approved and paid him a withdrawal of €800.
Since then, however, according to support, despite VIP 3 status, further withdrawals are supposedly only possible every 24 hours in increments of €800. These withdrawals, however, regularly remain in "processing" status and are not completed.
Furthermore, when he inquires via email, he receives only standardized replies that do not address the specific issue or his VIP status. A clear statement regarding when or if the remaining amount will be paid out is still lacking.
Now the question for the community:
Has anyone had similar experiences with RTBet, or specifically with VIP Status 3?
Is there a sensible way to speed up the payout or, ideally, to receive the entire amount at once?
How can this be done without creating pressure that could potentially lead to account suspension or further delays?

ich wollte hier einmal nach Erfahrungen bzw. konstruktivem Rat fragen.
Mein Bruder spielt bei rtbet.com und hat dort einen Gewinn von rund 9.000 € erzielt. Er besitzt VIP Status 3.
Vor etwa zwei Wochen wurde ihm durch seinen VIP-Manager bereits eine Auszahlung von 800 € direkt genehmigt und ausgezahlt.
Seitdem ist es jedoch so, dass laut Support – trotz VIP 3 Status – weitere Auszahlungen angeblich nur alle 24 Stunden jeweils 800 € möglich sind. Diese Auszahlungen stehen jedoch regelmäßig im Status „in Bearbeitung" und werden nicht abgeschlossen.
Zusätzlich erhält er auf Nachfragen per E-Mail ausschließlich standardisierte Antworten, ohne konkret auf den Sachverhalt oder den VIP-Status einzugehen. Eine klare Aussage, wann oder ob der restliche Betrag ausgezahlt wird, fehlt bislang.
Nun die Frage an die Community:
Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen mit RTBet oder speziell mit VIP Status 3 gemacht?
Gibt es eine sinnvolle Vorgehensweise, um die Auszahlung zu beschleunigen oder idealerweise den Gesamtbetrag auf einmal zu erhalten?
