Dobré odpoledne, dnes jsem provedl vklad 140 eur kreditní kartou, tento typ platby se provádí jen zřídka, spíše přes MBway. Stalo se to takto: Požádal jsem o platbu bankomatem, dali mi subjekt a referenci a zaplatil jsem přes homebanking, částka byla z kreditní karty stržena, jaké bylo mé překvapení, že ani po půl hodině mi stále nebyla připsána na účet, protože vím, že existují platformy, u kterých připsání trvá déle, ale protože jsem již provedl transakci tohoto druhu a pro stejný subjekt a referenci a byla k dispozici během několika sekund, přijde mi to divné.
Co říkáte, už jsem poslal emaily na podporu, už jsem mluvil s manažerem, říká, že jsou to různé banky, nevím, něco není v pořádku.

Boa tarde,hoje fiz um depósito com cartão de crédito no valor de 140 euros,está modalidade de pagamento é raro fazer é mais por MBway.Aconteceu seguinte,pedi pagamento por multibanco,deram me entidade e referência e paguei por homebanking,foi retirado do cartão de crédito o montante,qual foi o meu espanto que passado meia hora ainda não estava creditado na minha conta,pois sei que há plataformas que demoram um pouco a creditar,mas como já tinha feito uma transação desta natureza e para a mesma entidade e referência e ficou disponível em segundos,estou a achar estranho.
O que me dizem, já enviei emails ao suporte, já falei com o meu gestor,diz que são bancos diferentes, não sei, há qualquer coisa que não bate certo.
