Dobrý den, hraji v kasinech Dama NV už roky a vlastně jsem neměl žádné problémy. Až do 18. května.
Zaregistroval jsem se na Surfplay.com, vložil 45 eur a vyhrál 1 500 eur. Od té doby jsem ve stresu.
Po 2 týdnech ověřování 9 odeslaných dokumentů a nespočtu zrušených výběrů mi byla schválena celková částka 500 €.
Od té doby nic nefunguje. Kvůli technickým problémům si nyní můžu vybrat maximálně 100 €. (Ostatní hráči na Trustpilotu hlásili tyto problémy už v únoru, takže se jedná spíše o trvalý než dočasný problém.) A čekací doba je vždy alespoň 72 hodin!
Nyní byly mé poslední výběry opět zrušeny, bez jakéhokoli upozornění nebo informace. Můj účet již není ověřený a musím předložit nové dokumenty.
Takže můj ověřený účet už není ověřený. 😂 Po odeslání 9 dokumentů teď chtějí nový. Mimochodem, ověření každého dokumentu také trvá nejméně 72 hodin!

Hello, I've been playing at Dama NV Casinos for years and actually haven't had any problems. Until May 18th.
I signed up at Surfplay.com, deposited €45, and won €1,500. Since then, I've been stressed out.
After 2 weeks of verifying 9 submitted documents and countless canceled withdrawals, I was approved for a total of 500€.
Since then, nothing has worked. Due to technical issues, I can now withdraw a maximum of €100. (Other players on Trustpilot reported these problems as early as February, so it's more of a permanent rather than temporary issue.) And the waiting time is always at least 72 hours!
Now my last withdrawals have been canceled again, without any notice or information. My account is no longer verified, and I have to submit new documents.
So my verified account is no longer verified. 😂 After submitting 9 documents, they now want a new one. By the way, verifying each document also takes at least 72 hours!

Nach 2 Wochen verifizieren 9 eingereichten Dokumenten und zahllosen stornierten Auszahlungen wurden mir ganze 500€ genehmigt.
Seitdem geht nun nichts mehr. Nun kann ich wegen technischer Probleme maximal 100€ auszahlen lassen.(andere Spieler bei trustpilot erzählen von diesen Problemen schon im Februar, also ehr ein permanentes statt temporäres Problem) Und die Wartezeit beträgt immer mindestens 72 Stunden!
Nun wurden meine letzten Auszahlungen wieder storniert, ohne Hinweise, ohne Infos. mein Konto ist nun nicht mehr verifiziert und ich muss neue Dokumente einreichen.
Also mein verifizierter Account ist nun nicht mehr verifiziert. 😂 Nach 9 eingereichten Dokumenten wollen sie jetzt ein neues. Das überprüfen jedes Dokument dauert übrigens ebenfalls mindestens 72 Stunden!
Diesen Kampf führe ich nun seit dem 18.05.
