Zaregistroval jsem se u Viperwinu a je to hotové peklo. Všechno bylo v pořádku, dokud jsem nekontaktoval podporu. Nikdy předtím jsem nic takového nezažil. Naštěstí jsem na webu nebyl dlouho a zatím jsem nevložil velké částky. Nikdy jsem se necítil takhle okraden. Způsob, jakým se k zákazníkům chovají, je hrozný. Aktivoval jsem si na webu bonus; jakmile ho aktivujete, musíte vložit peníze. Vložil jsem tam 50 € jako 100% bonus, takže by to normálně mělo být 100 € s bonusovým kreditem. Vysvětlil jsem svůj problém, bylo mi řečeno, abych počkal 20 minut, a pak mě prostě vyhodili z chatu. Nejenže se každý zaměstnanec chová jako bot, ale musíte se na to samé ptát pořád dokola. NIKOME NEDOPORUČUJI, ABY SE TAM REGISTROVAL!!! Také jsem provedl výběr, který jsem následně zrušil, protože ověření trvalo přes čtyři dny. Prostě se tam neregistrujte. 
I signed up with Viperwin, and it's pure hell. Everything was fine until I contacted support. I've never experienced anything like this before. Luckily, I haven't been on the site for long and haven't deposited large amounts yet. I've never felt so ripped off. The way they treat customers is terrible. I activated a bonus on my site; once you activate it, you have to deposit. I deposited €50 there as a 100% bonus, so it should normally be €100 with bonus credit. I explained my problem, was told to wait 20 minutes, and then I was simply removed from the chat. Not only does every employee act like a bot, but you have to ask the same question over and over again. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO REGISTER THERE!!! I also made a withdrawal, which I subsequently canceled because the verification took over four days. Just don't register there.
Ich habe mich bei Viperwin angemeldet und es ist die reinste Hölle, alles war ein Ordnung bis ich auf den Support traf…. Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt, zum Glück bin ich noch nicht lange auf dieser Seite und habe noch keinen Großen Beträge eingezahlt.Ich habe mich noch nie so verarscht gefühlt der Umgang mit Kunden ist schrecklich. Ich habe einen Bonus auf meiner Seite aktiviert, wenn man ihn aktiviert muss man einzahlen.Ich habe 50 Euro dort eingezahlt in einem Hundert Prozent Bonus also sollten es ja im Regel dann 100 Euro sein mit Bonusguthaben.Ich habe mein Problem geschildert ich wurde verwiesen zu warten 20 min dann wurde ich einfach aus dem Chat entfernt, nicht nur das jeder Mitarbeiter wirkt wie ein Bot immer wieder muss man die selbe Frage stellen.ICH EMPFEHLE NIEMANDEN SICH DORT ZU REGISTRIEREN!!! Ich habe außerdem eine Auszahlung getätigt die ich im nach hinein storniert habe weil die Überprüfung schon über 4 Tage gedauert hat. Meldet euch bloß nicht dort an
