Dobře, hrál jsem na spoustě stránek a nikdy jsem neměl problém s výplatou výhry. Nakonec jsem vyhrál 1400 dolarů a zkusil jsem si vybrat, ale bylo to nad mým limitem. Mají omezení, kolik si hráč může vybrat. Já jsem byl omezený a to 500. Žádost jsem podal v neděli večer. Teď je pátek a spousta rozhovorů s podporou a pár e-mailů. Pokaždé jiná výmluva. Jeden člověk mi řekl, že je to v závěrečné fázi, jiný, že to už bylo odesláno, a poté, co mi bylo řečeno, že to ještě nebylo odesláno, jsem se o pár hodin později ozval a řekl, že je to zase v závěrečné fázi. Vím, že chtějí, abych výběr zrušil a hrál si s penězi, ale čas, který mi berou, není správný. Nejsem si jistý, co jiného dělat, než jen každou hodinu chodit na podporu.

Ok I have played on a lot of sites and never had I ever had issues getting a payout for a win. I ended up winning 1400 dollars and tried to withdraw but it was over my limit. They have restrictions on how much a player can withdraw. I was limited and 500. I made the request on Sunday evening. Now it’s Friday and lots of chats with support and a few emails. Different excuse each time. One person told me it was in the final stages, another said it was already sent, after being told it was osent, I followed up a few hours later and told it was in final stages again. I know they want me to cancel the withdraw and play with the money but the time they are taking is not right. Not sure what else to do other than just keep going to support every hour.
