Hraji na této stránce posledních pár let. Vždycky jsem neměl žádné problémy, výhry byly vyplaceny, dobrý výběr her. Proto 2 hvězdičky, dal bych 5*. Nicméně.

Nedávno jsem několikrát vyhrál a zpočátku byly výplaty v pořádku. Doporučil bych je jako zábavný, férový a dobrý web. Nicméně tento týden jsem vyhrál 700 liber a můj účet najednou „není" ověřen a když se o to pokusím, odkaz na nahrání věcí nefunguje. Poslal jsem e-mail třem, ale nikdo neodpověděl, a online chat mi pomohl, i když se snažili pomoci. Mám pocit, že mi většinou dávali pokyny, o kterých věděli, že problém nevyřeší. Jako by to bylo jen o postupu. V pokynech mi řekli, abych si stáhl aplikaci, ale teď aplikace hlásí, že web neexistuje.

No tak, Amone, tohle nestačí. Nabídl jsem už spoustu způsobů, jak to vyřešit, dokonce jsem poslal e-mailem zmíněné ověřovací dokumenty. Doufám, že tato recenze vyvolá nějakou akci, jinak tě nahlásím regulačním orgánům.

I have played on this site for last couple of years. No issues always paid out , good variety of games. Hence 2 stars, i would have given 5*. However.
Recently its 0*.
I recently won quite a few times and initially the payouts were fine. I would have recommended them as a fun , fair and good site. However I won £700 this week, suddenly my account is "not" verified and when I try to do this the link to upload things doesn't work. I've email x3 with no response and the online chat help although they tried to help. I really feel they were mostly giving instructions they knew wouldn't resolve the issue. Like going through the motions. As part of the instructions they told me to download the app, now the app is saying site doesn't exist
and its a bad gateway.
Come on Amon this is not good enough I have offered lots of ways to resolve this even emailing said verification documents. I hope this review will prompt action or i will report you to the regulatory.
