Chyba při načítání her od poskytovatele betsoft games

Hi everyone, more than a thread I need help with some games from the provider Betsoft Games in which errors appear when trying to open it to play. I tried everything to get it to work.

Borre historial,borre cockies,probé con una ventana de incógnito,cambie las redes de Internet,probé en 3 dispositivos diferentes y finalmente probé en 3 navegadores diferentes pero nada ah funcionando,desde el casino me dicen que esos juegos para ellos funcionan correctamente,el problema solo es desde mi cuenta porque ya probé en diferentes dispositivos,alguien que sepa o haya pasado por esto que me pueda ayudar,ya que los 3 juegos los tenia con un acumulado de ganancias y obviamente sin tener algún bono,si fuera con un bono activo no le daría importancia,pero se que debo tener buenas ganancias en esos juegos,les dejo una foto del error
