He then asked the casino support when would his account be reopened again and they proposed him to reopen it right away. Player reversed the withdrawal request and lost all the funds. The player complained the casino let all of this happen and asked for a refund. Casino replied to the player via email that he was not eligible for any refund as no deposits had been made and the withdrawal was reversed. Player accused the casino of breaching regulatory rules. No reaction from the casino, no more update since then.

Impossible to withdraw funds.
