I didn't know they were a fake casino. So I have applied for a chargeback from my bank. If it gets accepted I'd advise anyone else to do the same because obviously they are illegally miscoding to go undetected to ensure they can collect your deposits. If you check your bank statement you will see that all deposits to this company do not come under a gambling establishment. They come under retailer or home stores which make it look like you have been shopping online. That's obviously how they're getting around collecting deposits. But it is illegal to miscode and visa and Mastercard take that very serious. I'll let you know if my bank accepts my chargeback

Reciieved notification from my bank that they were presenting my case to visa. So my bank have accepted the dispute and I highly doubt they would accept it, if they did not think Visa would approve it.

It's as simple as this. It's no different people to you for example buying a mobile phone online. You make the purchase because you believe the site to be valid and legal. But you do not recieve the mobile phone as the site is bogus even tho you have already paid the merchant. You have no way of getting your money back or the phone because the site has conned you into believing you were making a purchase. You had no way of knowing .

So making deposits to magic1.bet is no different. You thought you were playing at a casino. They took your deposits, you placed bets and won and they closed your account. You were never going to get any winnings as it was not a casino to begin with.

The more people who dispute these transactions from companies like this, its the only way to shut them down. If you check your transactions you will not see deposits made to a gambling establishment. They are all transactions to retailers. Which is known as illegal miscoding.

I'd advise anyone who has deposited here to make this claim to your bank. It might take a few months to be finalised but I'm pretty sure I'm going to recieve my deposits back. I hope this hopes .
