Protože toto může být můj poslední příspěvek zde, chci se se všemi podělit o 2 následující služby řešení sporů zdarma, které by měly mít vyšší pravomoci/autoritu než casinoGuru a jejich rozhodnutí bude pro kasino povinné.
To by mělo být použito poté, co vyčerpáte své další možnosti, jako jsou:
– stěžujte si kasinu samotnému (nikdy nefunguje, kasino nikdy nepřizná, že se mýlí, a vymyslí si, že porušujete smluvní podmínky)
– Používejte služby ADR, jako je Casinoguru atd

(Pokud čelíte spotřebitelskému sporu s provozovatelem hazardních her s licencí MGA a nejste spokojeni s výsledkem reklamačního řízení provozovatele, můžete podat stížnost odesláním Formuláře reklamace.)
LICENCOVANÁ KASINA CURAÇAO – https://cadre.online/
( Tato služba zatím není k dispozici, vyzkoušel jsem ji a nikdy jsem nedostal odpověď. V době tohoto příspěvku by ještě neměli být aktivní/fungující. Údajně čekají na schválení strašlivými a hroznými zákony o hazardu na Curaçau a GCB, takže moc nečekejte, ale kvůli reformě hazardu na Curacao by to mělo být dostupné v blízké budoucnosti).
Pokud tyto služby ADR vyzkoušíte a prohrajete, nezkoušejte nic jiného. Jak již bylo řečeno, používejte tyto služby až poté, co vám dojdou možnosti.

Since this might be my last post here, I want to share with everyone the 2 following dispute resolution services, free of charge, that should have a higher power/authority than casinoGuru and their decision will be mandatory for a casino to follow.
This should be used after you exhaust your other options, those being:
– complaining to the casino itself (never works, casino will never admit they are wrong, and they will make stuff up about you breaching ToS)
– Use ADR services like Casinoguru, etc
MALTA LICENSED CASINOS (MGA) - https://madre-online.eu/
(If you are facing a consumer dispute with an MGA licensed gambling operator and are not satisfied with the result of the operator’s complaints procedure, you can file a complaint by submitting the Claims Form.)
CURAÇAO LICENSED CASINOS - https://cadre.online/
( This service is not available yet, I have tried it and have never received an answer. At the time of this post they should not be active/working yet. They are supposedly waiting for approval from the terrible and awful Curaçao gambling laws and the GCB, so don't expect much, but due to the reform in curacao gambling, this should be available in the near future).
If you try these ADR services and you lose, don't bother trying anything else. That being said, only use those services after you ran out of options.
