After the player won while using no deposit bonus of 50 USD, the casino accused him of having a duplicate account. No evidence or response from the casino.
The player was told he is entitled to max 250 USD withdrawal from no deposit bonus. Later he requested the withdrawal and he sent all the documents for verification. After verification was approved they told him he will not receive anything due to duplicate accounts. No evidence, the player is sure he had just one account.
